WORKS BY GURLEEN G. ANAND

Masks

  • Oil Pastels on Khadi, a impromptu-------    Masks

Are we all wearing masks? Why do we need a mask? For duality? Are we all fake? Or we are afraid of each other in this jungle........Oil Pastels on Khadi, again an impromptu, on how we are trying to portray ourself.......... in this wild world

Are we all puppets?

Who is running the show? this puppet show seems endless? When will I have charge of my life? Am I strong enough to break away from the vices............

Waiting

My wait seems endless. But I am waiting for what? What is my goal? Am I an infinite circle whose circumference is nowhere.........

Relations?

Or differences again?
agony and pain?
Colors and forms
winds and storms?
Happiness with closed eyes
Closed enclosure or open skies?

Bless me ..........

Tu Thakur tum pahe ardaas, jiyo pind sab teri raas...........

Saint or Atheist?

Dictionary describes an Atheist, as some who does not believe in God.
My dictionary says --- an atheist is one who does not believe in oneself

Relations?

Relations or differences?

I am confused

Totally confused, what's the solution?

Accept My Prayers

I just want to be blessed .......
